Marketing launch for commercial and storage spaces
Starting in early October, marketing will begin for the commercial and storage spaces of the second construction phase in the CHAMA district. Businesses have the opportunity to secure one of the flexibly usable units at an early stage.
A total of six spaces ranging in size from 40 to 200 m² are available. Depending on requirements, the units can be offered either in shell condition or fully finished—ideal for companies looking to implement their individual needs.
