The final Chama buildings are taking shape

At the beginning of this year, the foundation slabs for the last six residential buildings in the CHAMA neighborhood were poured. Now, they are steadily rising. The first residents are expected to move in by late autumn 2026.

Another chapter in CHAMA’s development is being written: Construction of the final six residential buildings is in full swing. With the foundation slabs poured earlier this year, the buildings are now growing taller. Step by step, the neighborhood is taking its final shape.

The new residences are divided into two ensembles, each with a distinct living concept. The three Livingstone buildings will feature 73 exclusive condominiums, combining modern living comfort with thoughtful architecture. Meanwhile, the three Magellan buildings will offer 67 high-quality rental apartments—ideal for those who appreciate flexibility while still seeking a home with high living standards.

It is not yet entirely clear how the new buildings will blend into the existing neighborhood. But one thing is already certain: CHAMA remains true to its vision—a vibrant, diverse, and nature-oriented residential community that meets modern expectations.

If everything goes according to plan, the first residents will be able to move in from late summer 2026. Until then, a lot will still be happening on the construction site.
